Ease of use, the original device left battery in too long and corroded terminals. Had several cassettes stored and couldn't view This adapter arrived as promised and included the battery and able to use promptly. Cassettes had many memories

Adapter damaged the first 2 tapes I tried to play on it. Destroying irreplaceable memories. I'm so upset. It clearly was not made to play VHS tapes properly. I'm just sick about it. I had a Panasonic one for YEARS with no problems at all.

It would have been perfect if the person I ordered it for would have given the correct mini tape type. The tape they sent over was an 8mm, not a vhs-c. I was glad Amazon has a hassle free return policy.

I wish I had read the reviews before I bought because it ruined my tape on the first try. I started to play a little and then my vcr made a weird noise and the tape inside the cassette ripped. May have damaged my VRC as well. I’m so distraught that my irreplaceable home video and all these memories are gone.
