Early this year I put on a Flowmaster 50HD series muffler on my 2008 GMC 2500HD 6.0 and it was a tad to loud for me. I called customer service at Vibrant and they were very helpful on where to place this resonator to tame the loudness and drown out of this muffler. I'm very happy with the results it quitened it down by at least 30% . This is a very high quality resonator, it's actually a show quality resonator it's a shame it's under the truck where you can't see it.

2010 GMC 2500HD 6.0 engine, installed flow master 50HD series muffler. When towing and under load sound was to loud for my liking. Installed this before the Flow Master and now it has a nice smooth rumble. Loud enough to know its not stock but doesn't have the high pitched pinging.

Mounted this at the tailpipe of my 2015 RAM 2500 with the 6.4 Hemi. I have a Magnaflow on it and the drone was a bit much. It is now perfect.
