I was in the market for a new muffler for my 2007 Ford F-150 and there was so different companies in that market when unexpectedly i ran across SLP line of products & started some YouTube digging around for some videos, I seen & heard some sound samples so I found a warehouse deal on Amazon & decided to pull the trigger n ordered a SLP Loudmouth resonator & that was the best decision I ever made it woke the truck up it's not overly loud but has a deep mellow tone & at cruising speeds it mellow and doesn't disturb you.When u step on the gas pedal it has a nice aggressive growl to make people look around.

great sound! just be ready for a really loud exhaust.with my mac prochamber and no cats probably the loudest car with a full exhaust i have ever heard. i had my magnaflow cats put back on to tame it down. if i could i would probably try a spun metallic converter instead of the magnaflows for a little more volume.but even with cats the slp lm1s sound great.i have always been flowmaster guy. but these sound cleaner,and with cats there is almost no drone to deal with.

This a very good product for F-body cars. I installed it on a 96 TA without the SLP adapter kit. Just take it to an exhaust shop and have them weld it on and fab up a custom y-pipe over the rear axle and you are ready to go! Very aggressive mean sound. I would purchase again! I previously had a flowmaster on it and this is a lot louder.

I installed this on my 2004 Chevy Silverado Z71 with a 5.3 and stock cats. It sounds great, it drones a little loud around 60mph, but at highway speeds 70+ it is surprisingly quiet. Has a deep mellow tone and not raspy. I am really happy I went with it.Update 2020. 5.3L rebuilt with 799 heads, TSP220R .600 Cam. And it sounds great with the SLP Loudmouth

i had straight pipe and tip removed the stock resonator on bmw 530i 2004 already once i bought it from carid seller i paid 80$ to install again on straight pipe it did not increase the sound at all there is nothing in it its just large pipe thats all if you do not want spend lot of money just run the straight pipe remove the stock resonator this is legal no problem to get smog pass and buy nice stainless steal dual tip
