Really making progress with long term old stiffness along neck and spine. Starts working right away. I feel more strength in my legs and back and torso. My knees are very weak with one metal kneecap and my knees amd ankles feel stronger. Getting up and down from sitting or the floor is easier already. My body feels stronger moving. Im really impressed. I also love the feeling of it, it makes all the tension and aches go away. Very relaxing. Great invention.

Was kind of skeptical about this . But so glad I try it . Its has helped so much on my aches and mornings stiffness. I have recently had a hip replacement and it has not effected it whatsoever so ever in fact I believe it has helped with my recovery.the only downfall is it’s heavy , but that just tells me it’s made well .

So for Christmas I got my 27 year old a vibration plate to help her with her weight loss journey. I was so impressed with the reviews (the main thing women said is that it help with blood circulation) that my hunny bought me one for Christmas too! Guys, I am so stoked. I've been using it since Christmas, I only stopped last week due to my cycle, but those women did not lie! I work anywhere from 10 1/2 to 12 hours nightly standing on my feet, and the pain, bruising, swelling, and varicose veins had started to become a problem. Not anymore! I only stand on it for 10 minutes a day, once in the morning when I get off, and right before I go to work. The swelling and pain are completely gone! I'm going to start taking pictures to see how long it takes for the bruises to lighten and the varicose veins lighten at all. And if you're having issues with constipation, this will shake things right on up and out!

...and very minimal, vague directions or explanations about the remote, what the settings are/are for. About all the remote really seems to do is change walking, running settings, start and stop. If you pause it, it seems to start over (?). It does feel good while using it and still figuring out what workouts to do with it. Went online and found a chart printout of different exercises for different target areas..very helpful. Seems pretty sturdy and I do like the different speeds. Going to stick with it since there are supposed to be good health benefits achieved. I ended up buying an extension cord so I don't have to up against a wall, practically, to use it.

Ok the disclaimer is I've only had it two days and I have fibromyalgia. I hope to remember to come back when I've had it longer.It was well packed (double boxes) my ring cam showed the delivery guy tossing the heavy box down though, but it still works for now.I'm in my 40s with chronic fibromyalgia, average weight and height.So far I've stood and sat on the machine 5 x for the 10 minutes it stays on before it shuts off.It is very POWERFUL, it does start off at full speed. You feel all your skin jiggle like crazy. Even my chubby cheeks were shaking and my voice was vibrating, it was a bit funny.I noticed you feel the vibration depending on your stance. Standing straight, knees bent, sitting, leaning back etc changes how the vibration is.I think it's a good product but I have to say my knees are sore. I heard others say the opposite but MY experience is I feel sore afterwards, that's why I did the fibromyalgia disclaimer because I may be more sensitive.I included one pic of how it looked when I opened the box, I took pics of me on it staring down but I didn't like how my feet looked. LolIts too early to notice benefits but I hope to keep going and report back!

You have to play around with it to discover what works for you. The info. piece did not describe the speed settings well. Over all, I am not at all disappointed and I liked the fact that it plugs in. Others run on a battery which makes no sense.
