I ordered this on a bit of a whim while considering new exercise routines for 2025. I'd heard a lot about these but didn't really know what purpose they served, exactly. I did a bit of a deeper research dive and discovered these could help with lymphatic drainage and body pain, so I decided I had nothing to lose by trying it.I have to say, it hooked me in after one use! It has presets as well as walking/jogging/sprinting speeds (it moves really fast at the sprinting level), so you can adjust it to your needs. I use the preset that's best for arthritic pain (I have RA) and it works great. Sometimes I will do squats or arm exercises (it comes with bands) during a session, sometimes I'll just stand. I feel so good afterwards, like my body is buzzing.I have noticed less swelling in my body overall as well as decreased pain since I started using it. I do 10 minutes a day, I like to do my sessions in the morning so I can start the day off right!The price point on this machine is just right as well, you can't beat it. I look forward to my results after a few months of use!

Ever since I received my vibration plate, all I have done so far to get me started is 10 min, 3 x a day. And it’s been a life saver. It’s given me a reason and much energy to self motivate myself since it’s been a bit since I’ve worked out. It’s very important to train your mind that it doesn’t have to be strenuous, kill your self exercises for better results and improve your performance. It’s great on my whole body, I feel great because blood circulation , the vibrating all over my body, my osteoarthritis doesn’t bother me anymore as much as it used to. So it’s also pain relief without hurting your liver from all the medications prescribed for pain. I love how I can use it and can put it away without the hassle under my bed or sofa. It’s a great toy for yourself, even as a gift for that someone special that you love and wish health to. I highly recommend to anyone. Easier and safer and way cheaper than a membership at the gym.

A client of mine who is a yoga instructor recommended this product to me when I mentioned that I struggle with restless leg syndrome. I had never even heard of these things before. Because I have so much faith in her, I went ahead and ordered it and waited in anticipation.To say this machine is life-changing would be an understatement. I have struggled with restless leg for several years now. If you’re not familiar with the sensation, your legs feel achy like you can’t get any blood down to your limbs. It’s nearly impossible to stay still because you can’t get rid of the feeling that you need to shake them out. Almost as if you need to run several laps around your house before you’ll actually be able to relax. It’s very uncomfortable.Standing on this machine for at least 10 minutes every night shakes out my muscles and increases the circulation to my legs. I would compare it to the feeling you get after riding the lawnmower for a good hour- the way it feels like your body is still vibrating once you get off. Immediately after standing on the machine, I lay in bed and my legs have that sensation as if they are still being shook out. My body is able to relax, and I can go to sleep! It’s absolutely incredible and I recommend this product to each and every person struggling with restless leg.I am shocked that after seeing multiple doctors in multiple specialties for years, not one of them ever mentioned this product to me. This has worked better than any of the medications and other therapies I’ve tried. The awesome thing is that it’s beneficial for other concerns as well. Poor circulation, cervical pain, cellulite, balance, the list goes on. You can put it next to the wall and use the wall for support or you can do it freestanding. It also comes with handles that you can attach if you feel like you need to hold onto something while you stand on it. You can control how fast it wobbles and for how long. It also has some pre-programmed options that alternate the speed. I enjoy P3 and P4 the best as it does seem to make a difference with how well it shakes everything out if you go from fast to slow throughout the duration. I love that it has a remote so that I don’t have to bend over to change the settings.Buy this product. You will not regret it!

I love my machine... Keep my muscles working n lymph draining... I highly recommend this. Had it since August 2024. No issues.
