I originally purchased this vibration plate for workout quality because they say 20 minutes on a vibration plate is equivalent to jogging for 30 minutes and I have bad knees, ankles And constant lower back pain that prevents me from jogging. I noticed immediately that it was doing something after one use. My heart rate was up. I was breathing a little bit more laboriously and all I was doing was standing on it and letting the machine do the work with my body. I enjoy using this as a fantastic fitness tool. There's zero impact on my joints. I have a sedentary job and after sitting all day I come home and get on this and it loosens up my back some so I'm not so stiff. My only complaint is that the plate itself isn't just a little bit wider But for the cost I rate it five star review and would purchase again.

Received my item very quickly no complaints. I opened the package and plugged it in works very well seems to do what it’s meant to do. The color is nice I selected silver due to it being a little less in price. It is very sturdy I weigh about 140 and it held up. I jiggled in more places then I thought i would. The only problem is the remote is very cheaply made and did not work at all. I had an option to return but was not going through that hassle. I received about a 15.00 refund from amazon because of that. I can control it from the machine so no big deal.

I love my Natini Vibration Plate Exercise Machine. I get a great workout in a shorter amount of time. The Natini Vibration Plate comes with a Pilates bar and two resistant bands. That can be attached to the vibration plate to work my arms and upper body. The manual comes with suggestions on how to use the vibration plate to work certain areas of your body. This vibration plate is sturdy, lightweight, and portable. A time and money saver!

This is a well made vibration plate. It has many different settings to choose from. My athlete sons really like using it after practices to help muscle soreness. Would buy again!

My order came right on time. Product was as described and pictured. There are multiple levels and timer to adjustment and vibration levels. I use to do Plates and I am unable to now due to poor core and hernia repair surgery. The bar will help with exercise and is not heavy. Remote is cool to have in hand for adjustments while on the plate. The suction feet keeps it from sliding while you are on it. I have been storing mine under the bed so that it’s not in my way and it doesn’t take up much space. I have been using it for a about 3 weeks in the morning and sometimes in the evening. My thighs seem to be tighter and my buns are getting firmer. I love this vibration plate because it keeps me from having to do hard cardio and I am getting back into shape.

I live in a state that winters are not always the best, so I don’t get out to walk or exercise much in the cold ice ,a snow weather, so this helps with getting my body situated, and seems to help align my muscles
