easy to install, my starter went from not cranking to starting my car easily, hardest part was cleaning the starter internals.new parts went right easily

Site say's it is a fit for my 64 Chevrolet Corvair starter motor, however, the starter gear assembly (bendix) is not. Assembly is to short. Noticed after assembling starter that drive would not function properly when engaging with ring gear. Be aware that this kit IS NOT a fit for 61-69 Corvair starter motors. Other parts in the kit like bushings, brushes, and washers worked fine. Disappointed, but not worth my time to go through the hassle of a return.

Several of the washers and bushings provided with this kit were too small. Ended up using some of the old used prices... This was used on a Remy starter on a 1976 GMC 350 engine...
