This is not the Bluetooth model. I bought this thinking it was. But I installed it anyway and it works good but I wish I had bought the Bluetooth version

When I first saw the box, it seemed a bit beat up on a couple of corners. When I went to open it, I noticed the one of the tabs of the box was not inserted for it to be closed and it had full tape along the entire edge. Because of this I fully inspected the item, and it does not look new (used or refurbished?). Going to return, as I can’t risk any electrical issues in my vehicle. Really irritated as this is supposed to be the “go to†product line.
