After dropping my cellphone and cracking my screen numerous times, while using to to record video I decided it was time for a video camera with a handle. I wish I had made this switch a long time ago. Not only is it simpler to shoot simple video outdoors, but the camera is more stable. This is a simple video camera, but the quality is more than enough for YouTube and social media videos. I have tried it on a tripod as well, and as soon as I get a desk microphone, I will start using it to record my indoor videos as well. The camera records to an SD Card, which I do wish I could just attach to my MacBook, since they do not have SD SLot anymore. An SD Card adapter is affordable so not having an SD the slot in the MacBook is not a problem. iPhone is excellent for recording video, but when you're walking a few miles holding it, it's not a good option. This video camera as just want I needed at and affordable price.

if you are looking for very modern/super high-quality then you might wanna buy something for more money. I got this camera specifically because it is very simple and feels/operates like an older style handheld camera. I personally like that look better than the modern super digital and super HD styles. For the price , this is a fantastic camera.

My daughter plays basketball and sometimes we are at the events all day. I used to use my iPhone and would end up with either end up with dead battery or had to charge a ton of charging blocks . I remember how I used to use video cameras and decided to look on Amazon. I located this camera and couldn’t believe how affordable they are. I decided to order and received the. Andra the. Ext day which was great cause my daughter had a basketball game that night. The video camera was nice and small and felt very well made and it was great to not have to stress out about my phone battery. The camera captured the images in excellent quality and the included microphone picked up the action of the game but not a lot of background noise . I live the pull out screen so you can actually see what you are recording as you go along. I also was take some still shots that came out great. Super happy with purchase

Needed a good camera for hunting. It takes very good video and mic is also good.The only reason I gave it a 4 🌟 instead of 5 is screen is a little small and not super solid when opened.

best camera i’ve owned. my favorite feature is ie mode which is night vision it’s such good quality and was exactly what i was looking for not the mention the additional pieces including a stabilizer, extra battery and microphone as well. i would recommend this to everyone i know in creative fields.

This camera has every feature you could want, and then some. I used to be content with my phone camera, but not after getting this nifty device!The 1080P is great for a camera of this size - I use iMovie to edit my videos and I've had no trouble getting the footage onto iMovie and then eventually processing it for use on YouTube.The remote control of the camera is also extremely useful, especially when I'm filming alone and able to stick the camera on a tripod facing me. The remote can stay in my pocket and be subtly clicked without having to run back to the camera.I will also say that I really appreciate the value provided by the inclusion of such a high quality microphone with the added wind cushion protection. I haven't found any issues recording outdoors and picking up high quality audio from this microphone. It sounds as if I've run it through adobe podcast, without even having to do that! I don't think I'll need any other camera, this one does it all!

Add your own memory card and it's ready to go.Testing:In well-lit environments, the camera's sensor performs admirably, but it struggles in dim areas. Unfortunately, the microphone's signal-to-noise ratio is notably poor, rendering it essentially unusable. Camera controls were not entirely intuitive but easy enough to figure out. The infrared (IR) capability emerged as a standout feature.Final Thoughts:This camera for hobby use excels in niche scenarios like recreating early 2000s aesthetics or venturing into low-light environments for some spooky cinematography with IR or simple recording. A great tool for a novice videographer, it proves to be an enjoyable and functional camera for specific, lighthearted purposes.
