Camera worked well until it stopped connecting to the internet. All troubleshooting steps tried and camera will still not connect for more than 30 seconds and then the camera is back offline. Next step will to be to contact Vimtag to see if they will replace. Camera has only been used for approximately 8 months.Update: Customer service has been great, and very responsive. The non working camera is being replaced. Very glad to see this company stands behind their product.

We ordered this one to replace the last one that we broke. I thought it was the same model, but this one can not be adjusted to look lower. We keep it on the mantel to watch the dogs when we’re away and want it to be out of reach, but it can’t go down to the floor, only up or side to side. I don’t know why they changed it.

I have been very happy with these cameras. As a dog breeder I use them to keep an eye on my puppies when I am not with them. The lighting in my house is not always bright but these cameras do not have any issues with giving great photo quality. I have a defective camera and the customer service was helpful and replaced it immediately

Obviously with any products, you will find some will malfunction. I had bought two and one happened to malfunction and not only was it replaced and arrived to me quickly, but everything was explained to me. These cameras have been amazing but the customer service puts them over the top

Have many of these cameras. They are usually quite reliable. One had an issue while under warranty and was resolved within 24 hours by customer service. Will buy from them again.

When first unpacking this and setting up it worked like a charm ! After 8 months of owning it the camera doesn’t work at all even after how many updates I have done on it.
