I've had this rain chain for a few a few years now, and it's held up well. No complaints. It's Beautiful. I especially love the crystal teardrop at the end.

The downspout adapter was too large both width and diameter to fit our gutter and downspout. I took the threaded rod out of the provided adapter, drilled a 11/64" hole and installed the rod in our existing downspout. Works just as well as the adapter provided, deducted one star for having to do that. Other wise, a 5 star product, well made, well packaged.

These were a great substitute for down spouts at our entrees, they were super easy to install and they look great! My only complaint would be that they are thin aluminum and I believe they are a little pricey for the material they’re made of! We bought four at around $200!!

A friend just spent $$$$$$$$$$$ to transform her yard into a Japanese garden. This rain chain will integrate well into her garden's design and be attractive to look at.

The photos advertising this product show...well, they show different things. One shows the distance between the cups as being 8 chains links. Yet another photo shows the distance between the cups as 3 chain links.There are 12 chain links between the cups. That makes a difference in both the appearance AND functionality of the chain.I don't think this is a terrible chain...it's just lightweight and the lead images are not an honest reflection of what you're getting.
