Good quality and easy to put together and install. Make sure you have a rotary drill if you are installing it on concrete.

Got this rail so my mom could have support going down my front steps. It was easy to install and has been holding up well.

You get what you pay for. The product engineering, quality of the metal, and quality of the paint is really bad. The middle vertical bars rattle after installation and tightening, even a light breeze will make them rattle. The instructions say to use a 12mm drill bit for the concrete anchors, but you need to use a 3/8-inch or 9 to 10mm drill bit otherwise the included M10 sleeve anchors will not properly tighten in the concrete. Embarrassing.

First impressions...Other than the picture and list of inventory the instructions are la king. We'll packed thou I do not like Styrofoam packing.Needed parts were available and the installation fails here. I did not see which direction to insert the rails. Which I got backwards not allowing to angle up the steps.I would like more support on the down rails. I plan to drill small holes on each rail to firm up the movement by using pop rivets to the upper and lower across rails.Lacking was the correct needed tool to drill into concrete. I have a hammer drill but did not do the job as well as I would like. No fault to this product.Had to fetch smaller bolts to hold to the concrete. Exterior is nice and the paint looks okay. Not sure this product would be used on 4 steps.

Looks good and does the job but center pieces rattle a bit and it does have a bit of a wobble to it.
