First I want to say that the company is amazing. There was a little tear on the chair and they responded to my email same day asking me for my address. Within days I received a new part to my chair. That was amazing to me. I really love this chair. It goes up down and you can adjust it to be stiff or give it flexibility so you can lean back. Everyone in my family loves it. It’s comfortable. I sit on it all day for school and work with no back pain. Very easy to assemble my 15 yr old did it in 30 minutes:)

I was expecting to see a huge, leather chair, it’s a size smaller in person and it’s actually faux leather or pleather but it’s not that shiny authentic leather.. very easy to put together, all and all I really do love it

It's comfortable however I feel the top seat part doesn't feel grounded. Kinda tipsy. Hard to explain. Great quality, mostly easy to assemble except for attaching the back. I had to call someone to help hold that part in place. The rest I did myself with no problem. I jist wish I could figure out if it's supposed to feel wobbly in the seat part.

I felt like Tom Sawyer when my son and grandson came over and saw the box and I said I needed to put it together. they put it together in 15 minutes. Would have taken me much longer. Looks nice and is comfortable.

Very comfortable! Armrests raise up and I can sit cross legged with comfort!!

The description of the chair did not match the chair. It said that it would recline and it does not! That’s one of the reasons I bought it! Must say that was disappointing!

Chair is comfortable looks awesome just has a tear in the back of the seat back upper-right corner.
