I really like this product! We used it for a desktop computer to create more space on the desk, and it has performed amazingly. I do recommend tightening the clamps down firmly. So far, I haven't experienced any issues with it collapsing, unlike some reviews I've read. I believe this is because I haven't exceeded the weight limit, as I only have the desktop on it. I would rate it a 10 out of 10 and would definitely buy it again! I will update this review if it collapses or if anything happens.

I work remotely, this has provided the best place for me to put my office phone so I can still use the majority of my desk and still have access to my phone! Helps keep things tidy! It's very study, I'd trust it will last a long time. The shelf material feels very well made, it reminds me of a commercial grade shelf we had in the office, so that gives me confidence in it's ability to hold up over time.Assembly was very straight forward, anyone can do it. I've been very impressed with VIVO products and will continue to use them. I think it looks good with my butcher block top on my VIVO power standing desk.

This is a very sturdy shelf. Unfortunately, mine arrived with the bag containing the screws and a hex wrench missing. Since I needed to use it immediately, I drove to a local store and purchased the screws listed in the installation instructions. I then found that the M6-20mm screws designated S-C used to fasten Bar C were not long enough to cover all of the Bar C threads. I substituted 25mm screws instead.If you are using this in the self-supporting mode, note that the bottom bars (Bar C) does not extend much past the half-way depth on the shelf. If your load is balanced, that should not be a problem. However, if the item you place on the shelf if front heavy, the shelf may tip over.I contacted Vivo support regarding the missing screws and the short screw spec, but they said that there was nothing they could do since I purchased it thru Amazon. After another query by me, they did say that they would forward my comments to their QA department.

I set up the product according to specifications with a 4080 GPU desktop that weights approximately 30 lbs.This is the worst case nightmare for a PC owner. Around 3:47 am I wake up to a loud noise and see my PC on the ground with a broken stand.This stand is beautiful but a high risk. I did nothing wrong with setup but it couldn’t hold the advertised weight.DO NOT BUY.

I watch bicycling videos while I do my indoor exercise bicycling. They are really motivating and you can see the world, in a way. But I had my small TV down so low that it was hard to see the video while I biked, so I bought the Vivo Clamp On Shelf to clamp onto the bookshelf that is in front of my exercise bike.The shelf is EXTREMELY sturdy, and heavy-ish, but that wasn't an issue because the bookcase I'm using it on is sturdy, too, and weighed down by a lot (A LOT!) of books. I put it together, clamped it on, set up my TV and Roku, and awaaaay I go! It is awesome, and has transformed my exercise corner. It would work well in a number of areas and configures a number of different ways; I wanted it jutting out from my shelf, but it can be used to add an elevated section to a desk or table.I'm pleased with my purchase. Five big stars!

This is really a useful product for people who has less desk space and planning to buy a larger table. You can buy this extender and save your money in buying a new table
