Really needed this badly for special event coming up. So disgusted when it arrived and was totally inoperative. Unlocked but drawer is jammed closed and recessed back in the cabinet.Customer support is excellent with their products and have resolved the problem.They were sincerely concerned about my issue with the item.

I should have bought this a long time ago! It is exactly what I needed! Fits perfectly under my desk and easy to use! came with 6 keys, don't think I need that many, lol.

Shipping was on time, it was everything I needed it to be for a fundraiser I held. Over 200 + pre-orders and this cash register helped me keep everything organized without losing track of any dollar handed to me. Lovvvved it! Still using it now for a piggy bank haha. Love the lock option and push option when the key is placed a certain way.

I received this item just 2 months. The item is beautiful, looks solid. However, hand-pushing the drawer often cannot get it opened. It's very frustrating with a customer when the casher drawer cannot be opened. This is a defect!

I purchased this cash drawer for my business with high hopes, but unfortunately, it has turned into a constant source of frustration. Initially, it worked seamlessly for about a week, but soon after, it started to jam repeatedly. Opening it now requires an exasperating 5-15 pushes.I’ve made numerous attempts to rectify the issue, such as regreasing it, adjusting the springs, and trying different techniques, but none of them have alleviated the problem. It’s disheartening to see that such an essential product has a fundamental flaw that renders it practically useless.I expected a higher level of quality and reliability, given the importance of a functional cash drawer for smooth transactions. Unfortunately, this product falls short in delivering on those expectations. I sincerely hope that the manufacturer takes note of this issue and addresses it promptly, as it’s disappointing to encounter a default product in this day and age.In conclusion, I regretfully cannot recommend this cash drawer due to its incessant jamming issues. It’s crucial to find a reliable alternative that won’t hinder your business operations.

I purchased this white cash drawer. However when it arrived the box was all banged up. When I open the box and put it together the drawer would not open once it was closed. It did not matter how I pressed on the front of the cash drawer it still would not open. After trying 15 minutes trying to get this open up I noticed the spring mechanism was not correctly catching the door lock. I had to take pliers to bend the metal back so it would catch the bar correctly. Very cheaply made, you can tell the track visually doesn't line up properly so when the cash drawer opens it's all wobbly. I never know if the cash drawer is going to open once it's shut. Very frustrating, for the money I paid not worth it at all. It's very lightweight I put a heavy object on top of it so it's doesn't move or tip. I certainly would not recommend this.
