I bought the hello baby one first with the two cameras and it just felt cheap and I didn't like it at all from the picture quality to the layout/functions. So I went back to vtech (our first single camera one was vtech and just thought I would try something else)LOVE: the bigger screen! Picture quality! Nighttime mode quality is great! Camera movement! Ease of flipping between cameras! And we have had zero connection issues! And I like that you can download the app and view from your phone as well!WISHES: the kick stand on the back does seem flimsy where I wish it had the kick stand from the single camera model we have. And then when you're in split screen mode it only does sound for the screen that you're highlighted on. It has the panning mode which is why we got it. But I wish it did that with sound in the split screen mode. But we'll live.I don't use the music or talking functions regularly but they work!

This is an amazing budget video monitor! My regular monitor is the Eufy, which I love, but I needed a travel monitor for when we go on vacation. At $50, this was the perfect price. And even though the Eufy cost 3x more, this monitor has some better features! I highly recommend this one.Pros:You can leave the sound on, and turn the screen off! By pressing any button, the screen comes back to life. This is how I have it set for overnight.The parent unit plugs in with a round plug/cable (not a USB, which requires flipping it the right way).The parent unit is a great size and very tough. You don't feel like you need to baby it. It has a little kick stand that is very sturdy!I don't use it, but it does have a VOX feature.I don't use it, but it does have a two-baby units feature.Cons:The "dim" setting is very bright.The quietest/lowest sound setting is very loud.The picture quality is decent, but not amazing.

It work perfectly. The image is super clear and crisp and the 7 inch screen is just perfect not like other 5 inch that you can't see any details. Just once had a issue with the connection that was resolve, after that zero problem. The only downside of this equipment is that is very fragile, I don't think it will survive one fall. Also the application is super cool having recorded a lot of video and picture of my baby when she's playing alone. Im Very pleased with this product.

I have had this a week and I'm already very disappointed for multiple reasons:First, the connection is not good. When you open the app it takes a couple minutes before you can actually see. It likes to buffer for a while first.Second, despite going into the camera information and trying to change the name I am not able to. There is no way to type in the name area so we are left with manufacturer names which is annoying.Third, the monitor battery life is not good. It almost has to just stay on a charger all the time. We bought this so we have one for travel and one for home. It is frustrating that the only way to use this monitor will be tethered to a wall. In addition, when the monitor is low battery it beeps at you over and over again.Forth, it wasn't until after we bought this and were looking for a solution for our camera naming issues that we realized this has connectivity issues in hotels. Our other baby monitor has this problem so we bought this one in the hopes of correcting that problem and it sounds like this one too does not work on hotel wifi. We will need to find something different AGAIN before our next trip.Fifth, the viewing window range is pretty poor. We have tried other VTech cameras and it seems they have more up/down range than this one. We ultimately went with this camera because we wanted to have two cameras but the other VTech cameras we have tried actually seemed to have more video range top down, and these are much more limited.Sixth, the motion detection is Terrible. It is WAY too sensitive. We have our baby in a bedside bassinet for naps/night. We wanted to upgrade to this monitor so we had one for home/travel. The other monitors don't beep at me if I move in bed even though I am in the edge of the shot. This one does. if there is the slightest movement it alerts. It also doesn't alert per motion. It alerts continually throughout a single motion event. So we can't even use motion settings as it has wayyy more alerts than necessary.

I had this monitor given to me as a gift in 2020 and it worked great! Unfortunately after a year the charging cord ripped open where are the tag was and I'm pretty sure where the charger plugged in to the monitor was loose so it just wouldn't charge at all.I called customer support and they said since it was past my warranty they were not able to replace it but they gave me 15% off on the website. I didn't end up using it because it was cheaper to buy it on Amazon.Anyways this is my second model and so far it's working great! I have a clear picture of my kid and sound as well.The only complaint I have is that for some reason the connection keeps going out. (We do not have it hooked up to wifi.) Fortunately when the connection goes out it alerts you with a little beep. For all the anxious parents out there that's super nice to have!Overall I recommend this product, though I would be careful with the charger because I had issues in the past.

Third baby and my angel care monitor stopped functioning. I had ordered a direct from the company v tech monitor that had a huge screen but never stayed connected to the cameras.This monitor is great, good picture quality the sound is great on it. The camera itself was easy to assemble and place and setting it up was a breeze. I will say the downside to this monitor is the size of the screen, it is small. The "stand" that it is supposed to sit upright with is just a bump out from the monitor and does not work well. What matters is that it's a video monitor and it's sound is clear and it's picture is clear. For the price it's worth it.

Como referencia solo tuvimos antes un monitor motorola y era un caos. Retroceso, desconexión, pésima nitidez, entre otras cosas. Justo todo lo que este monitor no tiene. Super recomendado, lo compraria y recomendaria con los ojos cerrados.

Went through 3 of these. Day one would work perfectly fine, then by next day one of the cameras would drop and no longer connect. Coincidentally it was always camera 1 so I thought maybe it was a setting that I was messing up. Called vetch support who confirmed it was a defective camera. This leads me to believe that all 3 times it had a defective cameras. Very frustrating as the first 2 purchases were through retail and last one was through Amazon. Waited almost 2 weeks for this last one and now I have to return it again. By the time I find one that might actually work, my baby will be all grown up and no longer need to be monitored. Staying away from vtech moving forward. Would give zero stars if it was allowed.
