ZERO STARS. This monitor loses connection constantly. It’s incredibly frustrating when you finally get your baby to bed and you want to go to bed but you can’t because the monitor won’t work. When it works, it’s good quality and clear. But it rarely works. I regret buying and wish the return window was longer since baby wasn’t sleeping in her crib until after the return window closed. When it loses connection it makes the LOUDEST beeping noise (despite the volume you have it set to), which is so annoying because at this point your baby is sleeping and you’re trying to fix the monitor but the loud beeping could wake your baby. The worst part is that it’s impossible to fix. There are no troubleshooting tips. We have tried unplugging for a while then plugging back in. Sometimes we take the camera and parent unit next to the router and after 30 min it will finally work but then we have to unplug to put back in babies room and it won’t work. Save yourself the frustration and do not buy!

My wife got a recommendation for this product from her friend who found this innovative and very effective.The 5" viewer become our new handy item which we take across the home to keep an eye on her. We have also installed the app on our mobile phones, which allow us to check on the baby even either of us are not at home. The night vision is just perfect, even in darkness, we can clearly see she sleeping soundly and with the adaptive color night light we soothe the baby when required or just simply watch her sleep without switching on the room lights. The temperature sensor helps us monitor the ambient room temperature.We are fascinated by the intelligent alerts such as when baby face is not visible or covered by bed sheet. We have seen this work multiple times perfectly and is superb feature.The app also has sleep monitoring dashboard providing nice analysis of my girl sleep patterns and how much she sleeps , wakes up etc.The best part is continuous recording, every morning, we see the video on how she behaves across the night at quick glance using the slider, this a truly amazing and fast, and the video is stored locally on the camera, not on cloud.

Like most other reviews you will see here, my camara worked great for 3 months and then started to disconnect. At first, it would disconnect only a couple times a week and I could get it to reconnect by restarting both the camara and monitor. However, the disconnect frequency continued to get worse and now the camara disconnects every few hours. It also can not be fixed by pairing or restarts.I tried all the trouble shooting recommendations. Factory reset, router and camara resets, power cycling. I even changed out the wifi router. The issue appears to be with the camara unit, it loses wifi and direct connection from the monitor. This suggests it could be a power issue so I moved the unit to a different outlet and it continued to have the same issues.Do not purchase this product. There are to many reviewers having the same issue and it looks like this product should be pulled from stores.

Relatively easy to setup, has plenty of features, and provides a clear picture. The "face out of view" notifications can get a bit excessive, but fortunately they can be turned off. I appreciate that the viewing device can be set to connect both via WiFi and local, in case your Internet goes out.

So overall the camera quality is good and the mounting, but that's about all that's good about this monitor.When you turn the "parent unit" (monitor) on, it displays a very bright green light for an extended period of time and it also makes a very loud shutter noise at the same time. I realized we get very lucky when we turn it on and my child stays asleep or it doesn't disturb her.When the light changes in the room, the shutter noise from night to light is also very loud and abrupt.The app could use some work, just overall. Especially when the time stamp doesn't show up when you use the rewind feature.When my child is playing, it tells me she is "crying". They must not have the best software if they can't differentiate between singing/laughing and crying.The worst part honestly, is that the camera DOESN'T MOVE, in what world is a monitor useful if it only points in one direction, especially if it cannot see the whole room?It has a "toddler mode" but the problem still stands.I personally wouldn't recommend this monitor, and especially not for this price.

Picture quality is good depending on connection. It’s a great design idea just not as good as you’d think. The connection & delay is a bit of a problem, sound quality is good. I love the night vision it’s really clear. So easy to set up & love all the features! Some minor flaws but still a good camera.

Blown away at the attention to detail that went into this camera. Yes, the features are very cool and they work as advertised. But, it’s little things like how the app has a list of milestones that babies hit over the first several months so that you can be on the lookout for those milestones when you’re watching the camera - that’s the stuff that really impresses me. I know it’s a very small thing. But, when a company takes that level of care to make sure the user experience is perfect, you know it’s a great product.

Great camera and app when it works. Sadly, it doesn’t work most of the time. I’m on my second camera and it randomly stops working. You can’t see past video clips on the app anymore, just live feed. And when you contact product support they just tell you to reset it. I wish I never bought this product how much headache it’s caused.
