I was quoted $325 by the dealer for the replacement mirror. Told the sales clerk that this was out of the question and found this one online. It has been working perfectly since I replaced it over 1 year ago.

Great replacement mirror. Electrical connected right up. It was harder that expected to get the assembly to snap into place. For a few minutes, I was going to give up and send it back. But then I had a beer, carefully repositioned the mirror and then smacked the hell out of it! Worse case if it broke, I would have to buy another, but it snapped right in and has been working fine for a while now!

This purchase was for a replacement mirror for the 2012 Volkswagen. Mfg parts for this car are very expensive. So this off market part was a fantastic deal. The only drawback was the attachment arm that came with the part. I could not install the mirror on the car with the arm. I was able to install once I excluded it from the assembly.
