I'm 300+ lbs and these make chair move like I'm nothing. The wheels themselves are a shallow radius, so there's more width the on floor than with new roller blade wheels...thus less compression of the wheel itself. Ballbearing swivel for the whole caster is a plus, most use bushings on the post which wear out. The ball bearings will likely wear out over the years before the sealed bearings in the wheels themselves wear out. No more stuck swivels and draggy wheels.

I use these in my woodshop that I have horse stall mats on and these wheels roll perfectly on these mats, even when the mats are covered with sawdust and shaving.

These wheels are decent, but I'm not as impressed as I hoped to be with them. They are serviceable and look nice enough.Just be careful if you are like me and use them on a chair at home barefoot. The bolts sticking out the sides are sharp if you are not careful. By habit, I tend to sit straight up on occasion to invigorate back muscles or get a closer look at something and when doing so, I also tend to bend my knees and push my feet back around the legs that hold the wheels to stretch leg muscles. I have done so without shoes on and have had a couple close calls. Seriously, I looked down to check for a laceration because that's what it felt like.

I am admittedly a big guy and have problems with office chair wheels for years. I found this product and was blown away by the advertised weight rating of 750 lbs. even though I'm nowhere close to that. I spent more on these wheels than I have others. But I figured not having to buy new chair wheels every year or go back and forth with manufactures about replacements would be worth it. Here we are less than 6 months after purchase and most of the wheels are rocking heavily between top post and the bottom. 2 of the 5 have so much play in them that the bearings are literally falling out. Apparently I can't contact sellers directly through Amazon anymore to get replacements and have no replacement options through Amazon. So all I can do is leave a grumpy review and hope that other fluffy folks don't get suckered in by these not as advertised wheels.

I got these to replace the wheels my office chair came with, which were catching and getting stuck on the bamboo mat I was using. These wheels glide right across it with no problem. They work with standard-sized wheels and snap in easily.

The wheel glide across floor with no efforted, if you have a back problem these are some of the best wheels to move your chair from one station to another.

Ugh the “easy roll†single blade wheels are garbage and just dig into the carpet or plastic protector. These still do a tiny amount, probably due to weight placed on them but at least can still actually move about with them. Highly recommend.
