One of the original lights stopped working in our 7-year-old Whirlpool refrigerator. The OEM replacement is ridiculously expensive ($80-90). And there is no guarantee that it will last another 5 years. Found this brand, that was affordable and really how much a LED light should cost. I installed it a couple of days ago. Although It is only a few days, but I am pleased thus far. You cannot tell any difference, it is as bright as the OEM, and looks exactly like the OEM. Even if it lasts for a couple of years, it is a better deal than spending 80-90 on an OEM. I highly recommend based on its brightness, fitment, and cost. Reliability, only time will tell.I will update the feedback and my rating if it stops working anytime soon.Update 7 months - light failed.. started flickering 5 days ago, and next day failed completly.Reached out to seller who was quick to respond and claimed he will take it up with the manufacturer. Also that they will send replacement to honor the warranty. I appreciate the customer service! I will update review if the replacement lasts longer or fails prematurely like the previous one.I am providing this update to benefit others who might be thinking of buying this item.

These light were purchased and installed on July 13 2024 and they worked great, unfortunately the light quit working on October 8th. I will try another one more time and they only last a few months I won’t buy any more.

It looked like the real thing when it arrived. It installed correctly and worked fine at first. Unfortunately, it failed in 30 days. I’ll look for another vendor.

I recommend to always remove old Led light to confirm part number as there are other similar replacement parts.

As has been noted often in the reviews, this light had a very short lifespan. I bought it in Feb 2024, and by the end of May 2024 it was no longer working. It lasted only three months. If you don't need a light to last for more than a few months, this one is for you. If you want a light with a longer lifespan, look elsewhere as I am doing right now.

It was a little hard to get the old light out but the new one was easy and it worked perfectly!

I bought this light in December 2023, worked great for a few months and on April 30th, 2024 stopped working. Would love to give the seller a chance but couldn't find a way to communicate with them. Hope they will honour their warranty.
