I have purchased several vac parts over the years some of which are not quite right. These parts I call them feet, fit perfectly and most importantly they work great. Full speed vacuum motion even on low speed of my two speed 1-1/2 hp pump. on high speed with full valve it will climb out of the pool All the included parts fit equally well. I will buy again. I'm thinking of buying a spare kit since I have two pools to take care of.

Took off all the broken/worn pieces and replaced them with the new ones. Had some difficulty because we were not confident in our ability. After a couple of trial and error tries everything worked! Saved a bunch of money by not having to bring it to the pool repair company.

The parts were not exactly the right size and made installation difficult. However every thing ultimately fit and worked as advertised.

If you've owned Haywood pool cleaners and you know how expensive the parts are, then you're really going to like this kit! I got fed up paying ridicoulous prices at my local pool store so decided to try this after-market kit to replace the moving parts on my cleaner. Man was I impresssed! They all fit perfectly and appear to be an exact match. Saved a lot of money. *TIP* to install: Mark all the removed pieces as "R' and "L" sides and make sure you distingusih the front & rear positions. Then dismantle the old unit and start with installing the "pods" and "footers" the right direction. Move onto the flaps & be careful not to crack the housing. Pretty easy job and I finished in about 20 minites. Super fast shipping. Very satisfied!

Replacement parts look like the originals however they are not the same quality. I replaced the parts and put the vacuum back in the pool. After 15 minutes one of the tabs that hold the flaps snapped off. Had to take it into the dealer who replaced the parts again. Now it works fine. Recommendation do not use non-OEM parts on Hayward equipment.

These parts were an exact fit for my Pool Vac XL, but I checked part numbers before ordering.It was obvious I needed new pods, wings feet and front and back parts, as the wear is obvious.I would recommend taking the cleaner apart first, as I discovered one of my A-Frame bearings (two to a side) that fit on the turbine, had lost the actual ball bearings, thus the plastic outer shell of the bearing was flopping around against the plastic inner shell attached to the turbine shaft.So although I had lots of suction, I had zero movement.Needless to say, I had to turn around an order the A-Frame kit as well.Check everything first so you only have to do things once.

This replacement kit was delivered on time. I went onto YouTube and searched for a Hayward Navigator pool cleaner stripdown video. You only need to watch the first few minutes because these replacement parts are the first to be removed. I was a bit worried because I had read some previous Amazon reviews that said the quality was terrible. The kit I received fit perfectly. The entire process took me about 20 minutes + I had to buy a particular 1/4 inch socket head wrench. That cost me $10 locally. The cleaner is working brilliantly now. I saved close $1000 doing this. I'm very happy.
