My mom doesn't think working out is feminine, but she accepts this device that allows her to exercise in a way that looks feminine. So she had one of these and it broke. Got her a replacement and she is happy.

The two best things? Sturdiness and it's larger than the regular size twisters. I don't have to barely hang on. Because the disc is larger, my balance is better and my legs aren't plastered together LOL.

I ordered this one specifically because the reviews said it was larger than normal I am a size woman 11 shoe and my toes and heels hang off at the same time
