I had a similar kind of diffuser a while back and decided to try "the newest thing" (fancy things that use magnets to attach different modifiers). Those worked ok but I hated getting the holder on and off my flash. And, I needed (or at least wanted to try a snoot setup). So I decided to go back to the old way and tried these, mostly because you can roll the big one into a snoot. I'm glad I did. They work perfectly for what I need and are easy to mount/store/move/shape, etc. The bounce/spread they produce are very high quality and they're not wasting light sending it all over the place where your camera can't even see. If you're flashing all day, and swap modifiers a lot, maybe you'd like the fancy magnet ones but I honestly can't recommend them. These I can highly recommend. Sometimes the "newest, best thing" is just a really only a new thing. This tried and true design of bounce modifiers work and the best, (newest?) thing that is an improvement is the bend/shape aspect.Try these.

I have now had the opportunity to use these flash diffuser/reflectors for an extended period and under varying conditions. I have found them to be outstanding; very easy to use and extremely versatile. Their build quality is excellent.Historically I had used (and still do on occasion) the tupperware type plastic cap diffuser; generally worked fairly well. With my change to these I have found that the directed nature of the light produces a far superior image and tends to eliminate concentration of the light. I now use them constantly for nearly all times I have the flash attached; about the only time they are not in use is when I am following the grandkids around a fair or festival (using my Nikon SB-400) when they would tend to be in the way, otherwise they are on the flash.I am so satisfied I will be ordering another set to be constantly available in my backup camera bag.

When there are no walls or ceilings to bounce light off of these are good stand ins. When you're on the go and need a nice soft light from your speedlights these are good modifiers.

The Waka Flash Diffuser Reflector Kit is just what I was looking for to use as a bounce flash addition. Great price point.

I wanted a flash diffuser that I could shape, my first choice was the Rouge flashbender until I saw this set. This set was less than half the price of the Rouge and while it isn't the same quality of material it is more than adequate for my use. It fits all my speedlights Flashpoint 860v II, and TT350. The kit does exactly what I wanted. I can shape the modifier to put light where I want it and keep light off of where I don't want it. If you use a speedlight on or off camers do yourself a favor and pickup this set.

They work. The only flaw on the square item is that the velcroed strap is short and would not wrap around some of my strobes. It works with smaller head strobes but not the bigger heads. Plus it is kind of heavy due to bending metal rods inside. This causes the flash head to fold forward all the time which is kind of frustrating. It works but not without hassles. Too late to return but if I had the chance, I would have tried another implementation of this idea

The small reflector mounts very easily with an elastic strap. It does it's job very well. The larger reflector produces a much more softer light. My only problem with the larger reflector is that it's too heavy for my flash. The flash head has to be reversed so it doesn't fall into it straight forward position. My other complaint about it is the the way it's secured to the flash. the velcro strap should be elastic and a bit wider. Minor complaints. The former can't really be resolved except the way I did it, but the latter one could be improved. But the price of the the reflectors is more than reasonable , they do a good job so I can actually over look the min or problems I have with the larger reflector.

These bounces certainly are fun to work with, and are really great if you need to be mobile or don't have time/space to set up flash syncs with proper bounce cards. However, these don't soften the light as much I would personally like. It offers really great light when paired with some diffusion, but it's difficult to fit other light modifiers on my flash while using this. I also feel like there is some room for improvement when it comes to the mounting mechanism. It works, but it definitely requires two hands. Also, a gold tint option for these modifiers would be awesome! Overall, it is a really fun, cheap, and flexible tool, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 3.

This very competitively priced product is excellent. The portable flash reflector bounce bender is very versatile but for me the star of the show is the smaller flash diffuser. A really simple and effective aid to portrait photography using flash. Attach this to your flash and you can immediately illuminate the face in a flattering way with a good spread of light and catchlights in the eyes. I have two Canon EX 430ii flashguns and these are perfect although I think they will fit most other flashguns. Simple to use, well made and effective - definitely 5 stars!

ich muß echt sagen, ich bin von dem Teil echt überzeugt. Das kleinere ist schon in Betrieb und ausgiebig getestet. Mein Aufsteckblitz ist ein METZ MECABLITZ 52 AF-1 und ich hab für das indirekte Blitzen bisher nur über den eingebauten Diffusor und diesen kleinen weißen Klappkarton geblitzt. Kein Vergleich zu diesen Teilen hier. Ist halt etwas größer, aber die Lichtausbeute, ohne zu überbelichten oder blenden, ist damit einfach toll. Für wenig Geld ein tolles Gadget und echt wertig verarbeitet. Liegt gut in der Hand, Haptik überzeugend. Kann sowohl mit der weißen Seite als auch der silbernen benutzt werden. Das Streulicht ist sehr gut und die gefürchteten Schlagschatte gehören nun weitgehend der Vergangenheit an.

Suelo ser bastante escéptico sobre la efectividad de estos mini modificadores de luz ( y sigo siéndolo, en general) concebidos o creados para los flashes de mano. Para mi sorpresa, especialmente el de tamaño grande, del juego de dos, ha resultado ser una herramienta más que efectiva para difuminar y suavizar la fuente de luz. El pequeño, por su forma curvada, es también una buena herramienta,y aprovecha muy bien sus dimensiones, aunque prefiera el grande, a pesar de ser un poquito más aparatoso. Una buena compra, este par de artilugios. Llegaron en la fecha prevista y en prefecto estado.

Les deux tiennent très bien une fois en place.Un petit chiffon doux permettant de les nettoyer est prévus.Livré dans un carton plat et costaud. Je recommande
