I had a jeep specialty place install this along with the Walker Cat. Works fine for me.**Update** Since having my Cat installed along with this gasket back in March 2015, I had to replace the gasket twice already. The gasket keeps blowing out on the top right section creating a leak. It could be that the cat and exhaust pipe are not meeting together flat enough, but as far as I can tell after tightening the bolts it is tight.
