It is a really good product an propose but when you start to move the screw doesn’t last , the quality should be better to be able to move as the video shows, but I like I just use on the same position

They work but do not rotate a full 180, also do not go completely flat depending on how they are mounted. Strong enough to hold up my neewer rgb660pro lights. For the price they work..

DID NOT MOUNT to the wall correctly because the plate wasn't flat, MY RING LIGHT would not attach to the arm because the screws were wrong, the "FLEXIBLE ROTATION" was not flexible AT ALL, it locked in place, and would not move. This was the biggest waist of my money, and time, and now Amazon will not allow me to return it. So apparently I'm stuck with it, and my wallet is suffering. I purchased a totally different brand, from a different company, and it works GREAT!! I MOST DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

I take pictures of small products on my desktop and this mount is perfect for me. Very sturdy and light at the same time. I highly recommend it.

I just used four wood screws and put it into a stud on my wall. Works great.
