Tried to read reviews on other style holders for my anchor poles on my boat. Decided to try these because there have 360° grip when in the closed position. I added a little foam to the inside of it, and used some hair ties to keep them closed during travels. I'm satisfied with them!

I tried several ways to keep my fishing rod in garage, tried with hook on pegboard and hang rod horizontally but rods are so easy fall off while taking them off. This clip is great have superglue, so far I only using one clip per rod, feels a bit unsecured( mindset) might buy some more so use 2 clips per rod

These clips are easy to install with a press-on switch and are strong enough to hold my heavy saltwater rods with heavy reels. I recommend these for Verticle Storage. I don't know if they would hold heavy equipment horizontally. But in a Verticle position, one clip is enough per rod.
