Ordered new Neat doorbell 2.0 to replace our 1.0 version that finally quit working after 5 years. Our doorbell as show in pictures is mounted 90 degrees on a different wall adjacent to our front door. The supplied wedge really didn’t give us the angle we were looking for and we dealt with it for over a year. I finally ordered this one for my parent’s home and loved it so much I quickly ordered one for my home. Install was incredible quick and easy . Before starting make sure to have the tool to take out the top anchor screw on the nest doorbell. Thankfully I always save my original boxes. The adjustable angle is fantastic as it really allows you to dial in a precise angle for your desired view. They also supplied extra set screws for the angle. I added pictures of the installed wedge. Overall very happy with the price, quality, and ease of install.

I put off buying a video doorbell because I just couldn’t get the right angle. This turned out to be the perfect solution. Well-made, perfect fit.

We love having a Google Nest doorbell. However, the newest version has a flaw that almost makes a doorbell useless. You can’t see who’s at your door because of how the doorbell camera is designed..The Wasserstein Horizontal Adjustable Mount not only fixed the flaw, but it was super easy to set up. We can now see who is standing at our front door where before we couldn’t.If you look at the photos, I posted you can see a before and after of the camera view through the app.One little hack I can offer you is if you have siding which most houses do, use two washers on the top screw between the The Wasserstein Horizontal Adjustable Mount and the house to level out the doorbell.I highly recommend this to anyone who owns the newest version of the Google Nest Doorbell. This was an incredibly affordable solution and easy to install.It’s well built, you can adjust it for different angles, and incredibly sturdy.

What should have been an easy swap from the Nest doorbell’s (2nd gen.,wired) enclosed 20 degree wedge, instead became a 2 hr. ordeal. The instructions are good up to the point of re-connecting the doorbell to the new wedge. There is no place to attach the doorbell. It is supposed to fit into 2 keyholes on the wedge which are not there. I finally took the original front plate of the 20 degree wedge and added it on top of the new 35-55 degree plate. In essence you now have the back plate of the new wedge, the front plate of the new wedge and the front plate of the old 20 degree plate that came with the Nest. Crazy! It’s the only way that the doorbell will attach and hold to the new wedge. Would have saved a lot of time if your instructions and pictures indicated this. Otherwise, it works fine. My front door is inset from the side walls so I never could see who was at my front door with the original wedge included with the Nest. Now I can because of the increased viewing angle. If you can re-vamp your instructions, this would be a 5 star item.

I've seen some folks complain about the screws, or having issues installing this product. Not sure what problems they ran into, and maybe it's just because I'm mechanically inclined, but I had zero issue. It fit perfect to our Nest Gen II and solved our issue.

This item was exactly what I needed! It allows me more angle so I can fully see my front door with the Google Nest Doorbell 2nd Gen. It was very easy to install and good quality. Would recommend!

The quality is great , it was easy to install doesn’t took me too long. The choose of different angle is great. I wished Google had this with the product. Google do send out but needed more angle so this worked great.

Very easy to install. I installed mine in 10 mins using the same holes that I had drilled for the original doorbell. Plenty of adjustment to get the correct viewing angle. Instructions are tiny but understandable. The screws that keep the wedge in place are also very tiny, a magnetic screwdriver is advised.

Le support est réellement très facile à installer : on dévisse celui d'origine, et on met celui-ci à la place, puis on revisse celui d'origine ! Y'a pas plus simple :)Le support est bien fait, et répond parfaitement à mes besoins. Tout le nécessaire est fourni avec.Bref, un bon produit, de bonne qualité, et facile à employer :)

Passt auf den von Google Nest mitgelieferten Keil. Nur die Befestigunsschrauben sind so klein. Habe zwei bei der unteren Winkelfeststellung verloren. Hoffe, daß ich sie nachgeliefert bekomme.Ansonsten super Produkt und empfehlenswert, wenn der Winkel der Kamera individuell angepasst werden soll. Werde noch weiteres Zubehör von Wasserstein kaufen.
