Very low down dispenser so you need to bend over every time ! Hot water button is not so easy to operate it’s a clip to slide & press not very easy to do !!

Cooler doesn't work. Hot works beautifully so that's good at least. I tried to troubleshoot everything, but I guess room temperature water is better than none at all. :/
