water taste good - and - after initial purchase for the NJ home - I bought another one for my Florida home where the water is chlorinated to the max. system removes all chlorine and I re-fill my water cooler with water from this device.Saves money - no more water bottles to buy - I refill them with good tasting water from this devise. Only drawback - the replacement filters are a little pricey and it takes a little to fill a 5 gallon water bottle - however, the customer service is excellent. When I had issues with the devise (I let it run for more than 30 minutes, my baddd) they assisted and resolved the issues quickly, 5 stars in my book.I give it a 5 star out of 5. Will buy another for my daughter - who also lives in "Chlorinated" Florida and have recommended it to others as well. the positives outweigh the little drawbacks.

You've no other choice but to buy these filters if you wish to keep your Waterdrop RO system working. You will be doomed if you have a faulty faucet because it won't show you the warning light for filter replacement. You need to disconnect the power supply of the faucet and flush out the system to get the latest status of the filters. Pretty clumbersome but fortunately the support team can explain how you could troubleshoot....if you could get hold of them. Good luck.
