One month in and we love it so far. The first unit had a pump issue, but the customer service was very responsive and we were able to replace it quickly and easily. The water tastes great. The instant hot water makes it so convenient. We're a family of three and we change the tank once a day on average which could be better with a bigger tank but still okay considering all other conveniences. There are many different countertop RO systems, but we chose Waterdrop as we believed the company would last longer than others.

Easy to operate, it can filter 45~50ppm tab water to 1ppm. Happy with this RO filter.

I purchased the unit with hot water capability and it has been amazing. Tasted it side by side with my old brita filter, can you can taste the difference. The waterdrop water has NO taste. It's just pure clean water.I had an issue with the wrong unit being sent originally, but after contacting Waterdrop directly, they sent the correct one right away. Customer service was responsive and extremely easy to work with.One thing I will say about the hot water function is, the hotter you set it, the slower the water that comes out. Makes complete sense but it's just something to note. If you want a glass of hot water near boiling, you'll probably have to wait 10 or so seconds.

Although the unit started leaking, customer service was great. Unit seems to work well with a big reduction on TDS from my original water source. Love the instant hot water option. Over all, very pleased with my purchase.

Water is way better in quality & tasting. Installation could not be any simpler - easiest one I have ever installed, everything you need is included.It needs a receptacle, so make sure you have one.Great product!
