This is a wonderful and convenient way to purify your water at the tap. The filter removes odors and mineral tastes to make the water from your tap as good as bottled water. The filter does not impede the flow of water. The entire system fits beneath the kitchen sink and the filter is east to change out every 6 months. The system also comes with an attractive faucet that is east to install.

The system is great. Just a 1/4 turn removes the old filter and it is just as easy to install the new filter. We ordered this smaller filter to replace the old big filter that came with the system kit. This filter dropped about 50% of flow after a couple weeks. Contacting vendor for help did not work through Amazon, but contacting through the vendor website resulted in a new filter shipped free the next day. Great customer support through the vendor website, but no support through Amazon. Next time it needs replacing, after a year maybe, we'll get the big one again. If you have this system, it's great!

Easy install and works great. Our water taste great for even longer than this is supposed to work. I didn't realize it, but the one I just replaced was over a year old. It appears well made and solid.

Installed this water filter system in 2022 in our kitchen and it worked great, changed first filter after 1-year of use. Filter 2 lasted 7 months before clogging to a drip. We have city water, so no sediment. Filter 3 was installed in the beginning of September 2024 and is already giving us issues.There's definitely something that changed with the filters recently, and not in a good way. Filter should not fail in 2 months on city water. I'm now outside the return period. Grr! Now looking at other options...Update 2/25: Vendor Customer Service has been awesome after Sept. 24 review. Received 2 new replacement filters and has been great ever since. Customer Service has also followed up multiple times. Replacement filter issue seems to have been a one off. Very happy with the purchase and taste of the filtered water and durability of the filters.

This filter was easy to install initially. The replacement cartridge was as well, without leaks. The filtering quality is excellent and water flow is just slightly reduced , as expected since any good working filter, in general, would reduce the flow by some percentage. Basic Physics laws and fluid mechanics. Tldr: if an "in-line" filter is not reducing flow by some %, then is not filtering.
