I like the price here as it a value compared to the official OEM version. I found this product much easier to install compared to the OEM version, that is a huge bonus. Works well and filters the water nicely.

I’ve been using this water filter for my GE Café fridge, and it works great! The water tastes clean and fresh, and I’ve had no issues with flow or filtration. After replacing the filter, the reset process was simple, and the indicator is now back to “Good.†It’s reassuring to know that my water is properly filtered, and I appreciate how easy the installation was. Definitely a solid choice for anyone with a GE Café refrigerator!

Easy to install (same as OEM filter). We drink ALOT of water from the fridge and the OEM filters last 4 months and the taste, though better than the tap water, never had been quite right. Grabbed a WaterDrop filter in May. The first one lasted 7 months and the water taste was amazing. Clear, crisp, and NO trace of smells or aftertaste. Water filter had no leaks and was easy to install and prep (you have to run water through it so follow the directions).Quick take: better price, better product, quality, durability, reliability. Will never buy OEM (GE) filters again.

I have a GE refrigerator and had been buying the GE filter from Amazon. It wasn't until I saw this one while scanning and read the reviews on it. I decided to try it and I'm very happy I did. I had no problem getting it in and it fits my fridge perfectly. I ran the water and didn't see any charcoal like some other buyers. I'm not sure why, however the water tastes great and is nice and clear. Also, the price is much less than the GE so I'm happy I took the time to research it especially since I change it every 6 months.

These waterdrop filters are certainly worth the buy, you can almost buy 2 for the price of one of the GE filters from Lowes. They work great and haven't had any issues with them.

I hate being trapped into buying GE filters with the stupid RFID chip which are expensive and expire by date after install rather than amount of use. I believe these filters will also expire six months after install but they are cheaper and I don't have to give my money to a company trying to trap consumers into their system.Installing the filter was easy, just like with the GE Filter. More black charcoal was expelled on first use but after running the water through it a few times it came out crystal clear and tasted great! I will buy this again but wish the company would have a Canadian distributer as US customers get it even cheaper than we do.
