I purchased two of these units, one of outdoors and one at my solar equipment shed. The outdoors one seems to be keeping dry and works well. They are a bit limited in internal space with heavier wire, like #6, so would recommend getting a larger, maybe a four slot unit, for larger wire sizes.

This little box is great for holding a 240v breaker feeding a minisplit.But, it's very tight inside, so in a power feed context, you're better served using stranded wire like SO, rather than Romex or THHN. The wire can be bent in place and left upward to be concealed in the cavities of the cover, but stiff/solid wire will be stressful on the components (breaker), and if you have to service it, you'll find it difficult.The box also serves well for an outdoor use of something like a raspberry Pi or Pi Zero. Finding an outdoor enclosure for outdoor systems has been expensive and difficult. This is a cheap solution that works great, and offers some minor degree of access without disassembly.

This is a nicely made pv panel and will work well for my needs. Could be an inch wider all around but should be fine.

Overall, the box works. I used this to enclose a single breaker on a solar system. After connecting the 10 gauge wires to both ends of the breaker I had a hard time getting the breaker assembly into the box. Once in the box and clipped into the breaker bracket, the wires on both ends of the breaker were noticeable cramped and deformed. The box is really to short to accommodate the final wire and breaker assembly. If you're using wire larger than 10 gauge, I would not use this box.
