TL;DR it’s a cheaper alternative to the GoPro brand float handle, that works just as well and if you want it to be a regular handle in the water, just fill the handle with water.I give it 4/5 because it floats fine, it’s simple, it’s cheap, and that’s all you want. I take a star because I almost broke it right away, it’s cheaper plastic so don’t over tighten.I am returning this because when I bought my GoPro it came with a handle already, that also worked as a tripod, so I bought a floaty for the GoPro that can support both. If I was to buy this floaty handle I would have to switch them when I want the GoPro to be a tripod.So if you have a tripod/handle already with your GoPro when you bought it, just buy a floaty for it instead.

Worked great!!! Used this at the pool and worked just as it was intended. It floated, making recovery easy when doing fun shots dropping into the pool as the kids jumped in.Took it to a water park and was totally confidant that I wasn't going to lose it using the strap that was closed securely to my wrist. Also the little compartment is perfect to hold some cash for refreshments and it kept dry inside.

I bought this to use with my Insta360 X4. The handle seems to be as well built as the Insta360 branded one for a much cheaper price. I appreciate that I can unscrew the bottom and place some ballast in to make it neutrally buoyant for diving. The carbiner feels weak and I immediately took it off and replaced it with a higher quality stainless steel clip.

Bought this so we didn’t lose our GoPro in the ocean while snorkeling. This worked great! It did float but I kept the strap on just in case. It was super easy to use. It held up really well on our 10 day trip. The handle does fill with water slowly so you just have to unscrew and dump it out after each use.

Cumple con su finalidad: cómodo para grabar con la gopro, flota y mantiene seco lo que guardes en su interior cuando estás haciendo snorkel. Pero tras el primer uso, en el mar, el tornillo se oxidó. Esperaba más calidad. Y desde ese momento debo tener cuidado para no manchar aquello con lo que entra en contacto el tornillo.
