Compatible with Passive POE
A WAVLINK passive PoE (DC 54V/0.3A) is included in the package.
Note: This PoE is not waterproof, please install indoors. If replacing with a longer cable, please ensure that your Ethernet cable is CAT5E or above certified and shorter than 100m/328ft.
Compatible with Active POE
This WIFI range extender is also compatible with 802.3 af/at active PoE (DC 48V) from other brands. You can use your own POE switch for easy management. Note: Active POE is not included. it is recommended to use DC 48V active PoE only.

This was the perfect way to extend our network to other buildings on our property. This increased the signal strength several times to a building 100 yards away from our home base. It was uber-easy to setup as a repeater/bridge. It is better that our previous Wavlink repeater as it will allow you to select how you want to repeat the network. You can either have it broadcast two SSID's, one for the 2.4GHz band and one for the 5GHz band or you can combine them into one SSID that transmits both bands. I was most pleasantly surprised that the AX3000 was able to do this. It greatly simplified my network configuration.

I think it works pretty well I would say if you have a hilly area you get probably 250 feet out of it. Works great for security cameras. It was a bit of a pain to set up the actual server. But mounting and running everything was pretty easy. When you lose power it starts up and connects within maybe 2 minutes. Never had any issues issue with it disconnecting or shutting off. Would definitely say it’s worth the time and money. Hope this helps.

This is a get transmitter/receiver, but the only catch is... you don't seem to be able to disable the radio for temporary maintenance. This is a bit of a pain as it is pretty convient to be able to switch it on and off when testing a on a tower. Other than that, the company appears to stay current on firmware for the device and it has a strong signal for my needs.

When it works it is great. However the website when something needs to change IE. New router, is impossible to use and does not appear to be active all of the time.

The instructions are a little brief and I sometimes needed a magnifying glass, but installation and configuration were reasonably straightforward and I now have _EXT2.4G (similar with _EXT5G) added to my connection lists.

Bon produit mais une interface vieille comme le minitel. Pas d’applications à ce prix c’est pas normal. Après ça couvre bien mais il faut aucun obstacle. Sinon ça réduit énormément la portée. Un truc à moins de 100e ça fait la même chose.

La portée de 300 m est probablement mesurée en mer.En réalité, sur un terrain qui n’est pas parfaitement plat, au-delà de 150 m, le signal et la bande passante diminuent très fortement.À 200 m, le signal n’est plus utilisable.
