The sticker for the ring size measurement fell off for the first use, but it isn't a big deal since I have a normal mandrel. It cuts through hard green wax extremely well!

This is a good idea but is not made accurately enough to work well. The blade protrudes out from the wooden mandrel to the extent that it chatters really badly on hard wax; it’s trying to cut too deep and actually broke the first wax I used it on. In order to use it effectively I had to file the blade down so that it is just barely proud of the wood surface. Then it does what it should, acts like a scraper and cuts a thin layer off. In addition to that, the “scale†sticker is wildly inaccurate - the wood surface measures over 1.5 mm larger than what the scale says. So ignore that and measure as you go. Other than that it will be useful.

The blade cuts nicely.The sticker they have slapped on for sizing could have definitely been better designed. I ended up just taking that off and marking it myself.

It works, mostly. The labeling for sizing is extremely incorrect. Mine was off by about 4.5 sizes. And the build quality is not the greatest either.

This mandrel will make your wax rings about 2 sizes bigger if you follow the numbers on it. Make sure you have a separate ring mandrel to measure
