I like the size of this smaller Roaster. It's well made. It's not heavy or awkward to use. Good value for price. I'd purchase again.

I bake bread and am tired of lifting heavy 5 qt Dutch ovens in and out of the oven so I bought this roasting pan to give it a try as I have seen videos of people using baked enamel pots and roasters. Well I must say I did a side by side and the loaf in the roaster and HEAVY Dutch oven and it came out beautiful. Good bye heavy Dutch ovens and I am ordering another one. I am a small cottage bakery out of my house and bake two at a time trying for 4 loaves 4 times a week. It's a beautiful roaster and great quality.

This replaces a thirty year old roaster that just finally gave up the ghost. This is so easily cleaned. And it's just the right size for a BIG chicken or chuck roast. It also is terrific for stewing down the carcass for bone broth. Makes about half a gallon easily! No more expensive box broths--this roaster does the job perfectly!

This seems very nice but didn’t think dimensions would include the handles. But of course they do. So when it arrived and saw it’s not much bigger than one of my dogs bowls I had to return it. We got a new in-wall oven and my old enameled roaster won’t fit in it. Sad. So I’m hunting for one that’s just the right size. It’s harder than I expected it to be. But if you want a very small roaster get this! It’s nicely made.

Small roasting pan but exactly the right size for my wife. Worked very well for a 5 pound no bone ham from Costco. Not a turkey size pan.

i needed a small roasting pan now that our nest is empty. This has certainly fit the bill. I use it primarily for "oven roaster" chickens and it is just the right size. I was skeptical about ease of clean-up, but as other reviewers have mentioned, it is very easy to clean. I like it.

As a chef, I was disappointed with the quality. There are similar roasting pans for half the price. The seller made this sound like it was thicker and on the higher quality side. The metal isn't thick fyi.Anyway hope this helps others.
