My GF used it this last thanksgiving for the turkey. She loved it. Perfect size for her oven and not too heavy by itself. It cooked a good bird with the potatoes, carrots, celery, and spices. Made gravy with the drippings. You can spend more money and get the same results if you want. No doubt it’ll do good with a beef or pork roast too. She didn’t mention it was hard to clean so I assume that cleaning was easy.

Well made and sturdy. Great thing is that the handles are designed in a way that the pan will fit in my oven lengthwise and the oven door will close.
