The pans are very cute. The issue is that there are gaps between the bottom and sides when you close it. They are very small and would work well for a personal cake. You would need to put parchment paper down and along the sides for it to work.

These are are perfect little cake pans. Need to be lined for batters w/o crust, as the bottoms do not create a water tight seal. Still helped create a perfect Shamrock leaf.

I use these to make mini cheesecakes and it's been great! The only downside is be careful if you want to use a water bath because the springform does leak

Pesima calidad. Intente usarlas para hacer pasteles y se chorreo toda la masa. Tuve que sellarlo por abajo con una mezcla de mantequilla y harina. Despues de usarlos a la primera horneada se empezó a desprender el teflón.Son muy costosos para la pesima calidad que tienen. Compré dos paquetes y me arrepiento.
