These pans were so inexpensive that I was almost afraid to buy them. I’ve used them several times for various sized cheesecakes and I’m very impressed with the quality. They are easy to wash in the dishwasher and come out looking brand new.

I used this pan to make a cheesecake and it worked perfectly. Arrived in excellent condition, no scratches, and no leaking while baking. I didn’t try washing it in the dishwasher I hand washed it. Definitely recommend if you are in need of a springform pan and if you’re looking to not use aluminum bakeware.

I have not used them a lot, but I've been happy every time I've used them. Given that it's stainless, the heat distribution is a little less efficient than with aluminum, but i'd rather have stainless for cleaning, durability, and health issues.

I have never used a spring form pan before, and wanted one without teflon, so went with the stainless steel. I used a 4" pan and a 7" pan for one batch. From the cookbook on Kindle "Joy of Cooking." I have made this recipe in a 13x9 baking pan for years. Oh my goodness! My first bake came out amazing! I wish I had bought these years ago. I used parchment paper for the bottom, spray butter for the sides, placed them on a baking sheet in the oven, although they did not leak. I have never had a more beautiful banana cake with Ghiardelli Dark chocolate chips. My husband shook my hand like Paul Hollywood on The Great British Baking Show, he was so happy with the bake!

The ring closes on nice and snug. The size of this pan is good and right size to fit with a tray.I was looking to get away from the cheaper Teflon coated " non stick" stuff and this meets my requirements.I would highly recommend this.

I’m in the process of exchanging all my old nonstick cake tins for stainless steel. Having wanted to make a large Christmas cake I decided to take a chance on these tins and I’m so glad that I did. The spring opening makes them super easy to use and the small tin is so cute I was able to make a small cake as a gift for somebody. These tins are likely to last for years to come and I would highly recommend them for somebody who’s looking for a good selection of stainless steel baking tins.
