The bolts that hold together the arms (there are three such bolts) are of very poor quality. The (hexagonal) socket in the head of one of the bolts became stripped within the first five minutes of use. At that point, I could no longer tighten or loosen that bolt with the Allen hex wrench provided because the wrench would spin freely inside the socket on the bolt's head.I assumed that, perhaps, it was just a defective bolt. So, I returned the camera stand to Amazon for replacement. However, even with the replacement unit, the same identical problem occurred within the first five minutes of use. Clearly, the quality of the bolts was inadequate to the task: They need to be tightened firmly, if you do not want the arms to droop under the weight of the camera. In my case, the "camera" is an iphone pro, which is not particularly heavy. Nonetheless, tightening the bolts led quickly to the bolt socket being stripped.In spite of this problem, the camera stand turned out to be very well suited to my need. So, instead of returning it a second time (this time for a refund) I ordered a kit of good quality M4 socket bolts (amazon item n. B0B6HZ7CCF) and I used three 20-mm M4 bolts from the kit to replace the three bolts that came with the camera stand. The bolt with the damaged socket was, of course, stuck in place, and I had to use a drill to remove it. But, being of such poor quality, the drill went through it like butter!So, if you order this camera stand, you should also order replacement bolts (you don't need to order a full kit, of course; see, for example, amazon items n. B0CQJD7HY8, or B07DVL1QS1) and replace all three bolts BEFORE you try to tighten them (or else be prepared to having to use a drill to remove them).Note: The replacement bolts that I bought required a smaller Allen hex size than the bolts originally on the camera stand. Therefore, I was not able to use the Allen hex wrench that came with the camera stand. it was not a problem for me because I had a set of Allen wrenches of various sizes. But it's annoying that Amazon does not indicate the size of the Allen hex sockets for M4 bolts. So, be prepared for having to get a different-size Allen hex wrench.

It works as you would hope. Mine came with all of the different parts (1/4 screw for cams - Cell phone clip). The weight of the bottom plate is worry-free, it will not tip over or budge if bumped. You can get this really low or high and it will easily adjust. Tighten all the screw for the moving arms to your desired stiffness when you get it, it comes with a little tool to do so. You can also turn your webcam into a document cam (overhead) if needed. I liked it so much I bought another for my other cam. Thumbs up on this item!

This is a hefty and sturdy mount, more robust than expected. Includes a hex wrench to adjust the tension of the joints. The tripod screw mount and phone clamp work fine for multiple devices. Broad footprint is very sturdy, and it's slim to tuck under a riser. Great reach to adjust above and below monitor.

It's a good stand. What I like about this mount is the stand. Is that I can place it under my iMac studio. I am missing the mount for a webcam. I am not sure if it was specific with the item I received or it applies to all.

Appoggiato sopra la scrivania, alla più minima vibrazione durante le registrazioni e le live ho notato che la webcam registra un movimento evidente, prendendo un video una registrazione evidentemente mossi. Il prodotto non è il massimo della stabilità , benché a livello costruttivo sia ben fatto. Macchinosa e discutibile anche la regolazione delle altezze. Purtroppo ho dovuto restituire questo prodotto.

Der Halter ist zu schwach und fehlt ständig in sich zusammen.Die mitgelieferten Schrauben sind sehr schlechter Qualität und sind bei sachgemäßem Festziehen sehr schnell überdreht.Die Tischhalterung ist nicht zu empfehlen!
