Why:

The first one I put on my phone's selfie camera lasted over 1 year before I replaced it because the sliding part got too loose and started sliding off too easily. At this rate the pack of 6 will probably outlast my phone.

I got these for my iPhone 13 and laptop as well as for my father's iPhone 13 and iPad. It was easy to install and I was happy. Then I started having a weird problem with my phone going black during calls. I had to press the side buttons of my iPhone to try to turn off my phone but then cancel the powering off and my screen would come back. I troubleshooted and researched on google and found out it was most likely that the product was blocking the proximity sensor. The proximity sensor is what makes it possible for you to have the phone to your ear/cheek and you not press anything on the screen because it senses that your face is close to it and so the screen is supposed to go black but it is also supposed to come back on when you take it away from your face....and mine wasn't doing that so I decided to change the location of where it was on my phone. I placed it in the opposite position, so that when it slid off the camera on the front it slid to the left instead of going to the right like I had it before. It seems to have fixed the problem. Also, during my research, I found that Apple has advised not to use these on laptops because it can cause damage. They did say that if you still want to use one, do not close your laptop because it can break the screen. Also, choose a product that leaves no residue. This product doesn't leave a residue. I don't have a Macbook laptop. I have a Lenovo Windows laptop which I use as a desktop replacement. I don't take it anywhere except on rare occasions and I never close it so I can't tell you if it can cause problems on Lenovos. I also did not research that for the same reason.It is easy to install, use and move if you need to. The price is also very good! As long as you install it correctly on iPhones and follow Apple's suggestions when using these types of products on Macs I think this is a great product.

Nice camera covers. Easy to apply, they cover nicely and they work well. Easy to slide back and forth and the adhesive stays in place. Would recommend

two broke after a 2 1/2 months. These are okay. I may be lucky whatever I bought before lasted years not months. They are a bit flimsy. They stick well to a laptop but not an iPad. The opening should be larger for a laptop. The sliding piece broke off after 2 1/2 months of use.

These are tiny, thin but affective! I was surprised when they came at just how thin and small they are. I had to use tweezers because I have larger fingers but they work wonderfully and fit all my divices. I have them on my laptop, my cellphone and my tablet. No issues with placement, sticakage and bulkyness. They have stayed in place so far and are doig their job nicely. They are so thin that they don't interfeer with closing my laptop so that is wonderful as well. I will order these again if I ever need more!

They are very difficult to get into THE exact spot, and then they don't adhere particularly well. Part of this is caused by the fact that they are so small, but the tiny size is part of the appeal. If they were bigger, it would defeat the purpose.

I applied this webcam/camera cover to both my laptop and my Samsung S22 Ultra, and it went on super smoothly. It’s thin enough that I can still close my laptop without any issues, and the sliding mechanism works perfectly. The cover adheres really well as long as the surface is clean—something a lot of people seem to overlook. I noticed some comments about bad adhesion, but I found that prepping the surface properly makes all the difference.Just to test it, I also applied it over my phone’s screen protector, and it works great there too! It stays in place without interfering with the screen. Overall, the cover does exactly what it's supposed to, and I’m happy with how well it’s performing on both devices.
