This thing is a game changer! We were originally debating between the Weber and blackstone, and ultimately chose the Weber for the sleeker, more professional look, the BTUs, and the grease trap location.Overall, a very sturdy griddle with great amount of space on the griddle top. My husband and I can easily cook next to each other! No immediate issues warping on the shelves as I read in some other reviews. I do wish there was a little more prep space to work with, but it’s totally manageable. If we ever have a big cook, we’ll probably just take out a folding table to help prep anyways.I can’t express how much this FUN this thing is to cook on! Breakfast is so much fun, I’ve never cooked better pancakes! Not smoking up the whole house with bacon might be worth 5 stars on its own! Dinner is a breeze and we’re trying a lot of new recipes! Everything is super tasty, meats get a good char. We love cooking on it!

We have saved so much money on food since buying this flat top. Very easy to use and maintain once you get the hang of it. You can make tons of delicious food in a short amount of time. Great for meal prep. It was a bit pricier than some blackstones, but this feels like it is higher quality than the blackstones we saw in stores. It can be hard to keep heat on a windy day, but after buying some wind guards it hasn’t been an issue.

Looks a bit flimsy, but it is strong, sturdy and heavy. It gets very hot, even on the lowest setting. I like my eggs over medium, so I turn off two burners to keep from overcooking. Fun little griddle to cook on, and everything is simple and straightforward. Other than a freezing blizzard, you’ll come up with any excuse to go out and cook on this thing. Assembly was time consuming, but that’s the price you pay for a good griddle.

I got this to complement a charcoal grill and I love it! I’ve only been cooking with it for two weeks and I’ve made breakfast, lunches, and dinners on it. In 2 hours on a Sunday I cooked lunches and dinners for every night of the week plus amazing cheesesteak sandwiches for guests. On the next Sunday morning I cooked pancakes, eggs, bacon, and hash browns for 8 people in 30 min. This thing rocks and stays so clean. The mess and heat and smell stays outside. The quality is good and if you season it properly nothing sticks. Great product.

I seasoned the griddle as instructed. It has been covered with the weber cover and kept in an enclosed room. I have used this twice and it has rusted already. Was going to use it today but the rust has just rusted through deep. I am very disappointed with this product and would not buy it again and certainly would not recommend it to anyone. Poor quality for the money.

Besides the extremely flimsy top cover, which you don’t even need, the griddle grill is phenomenal! I got the 4B and worth every penny. Easy to assemble and cooks like a dream! Highly recommend.
