Rather than buying a new griddle to cook on, use the great Weber grill you already have! This way you can use it either as a grill and griddle at the same time, or just use the grill as is. It is very well made, heavy and suitable for cooking on your grill.I do recommend this product.

I've used Weber grills for outdoor grilling for 20 years. I now own a Weber Genesis II 330. I love the grill, but wanted a more versatile appliance to use on my patio without giving up the real estate required for a Blackstone flat top. This product replaces the left grate taking advantage of the left burner, middle burner and sear station burner and the grease catch system. We've cooked smash burgers, smash burger tacos, cod filets, steaks, and beef, chicken & veggies for Philly sandwiches. This product also brings breakfast into play since bacon and eggs are well within its capabilities. With all this, the product still allows me to use half of the Weber as a grill.The product is easy to clean and maintains its seasoning to keep food from sticking.

This insert provides perfectly charred veggies. It’s perfect for meals where we want veggies and a grilled option, like fajitas. It does a much better job than the grill baskets I had been using. I bought mine renewed and it came in fantastic like new condition. I look for more reasons to grill now!

Like most other Weber branded products I’ve purchased, this is very well built and very handy for cooking veggies on the grill.There are 2 minor drawbacks. The first is price. A wee bit expensive but it is well made.The second is the room it takes up. It consumes 1/3 of the grill. It’s pretty heavy and of course it gets hot, so I leave it on the grill most of the time. That effectively reduces my work space if I’m not cooking vegetables. It’s not a surprise and it’s not the fault of the product, just something to consider for those about to purchase.

Bought this for my Weber genesis to make smash burgers. It’s really heavy duty and works perfectly. Also great for sautéing, cook bacon and pancakes. Fun appliance to enhance outdoor cooking options. Easy to clean.
