Works great. Very accurate.

These require calibration, and are adjustable. You may need to calibrate these using an accurate fixed thermometer, and a Boveda moisture pack calibration kit. However, once calibrated they provide consistent, accurate readings, and are a good value. They are in my humidor, and show accurate readings once I calibrated them with higher quality devices so keep that in mind. These are NOT accurate out of the package, and are off quite a bit in both temperature & humidity readings however stay consistent once calibrated. The easiest way to calibrate for humidity is with a Boeveda pack in a small sealed plastic bag. Leave the hygrometers in the small zip plastic bag with a small Boveda humidity pack for a day, and then adjust these Analog hygrometers to the humidity pack % (69%, 72%, 75% or whatever listed on the Boveda); very simple. If you are a cigar smoker, and do not know of Boveda then you should find out. Once calibrated these are accurate enough & work well for the price. You get what you pay for.

I bought one pack of these and liked them so much that I ordered another pack. I would even by a third pack except that, through the incompetence of Amazon, I never received the second order even though they said it was delivered. I have tried to let them know about it, but I get no response. I don't think I'll be ordering anything else from Amazon until I get what I ordered already. I've got a third order waiting in my cart. If you are weewooday, let me know how I can order directly from you. If you are Amazon, please pay attention to your customers and get you delivery folks to deliver to the correct address.

Temp. Is accurate to 3 F but RH is off by 19% on all 3 There is a slot to adjust to calibrate to a known certified hygrometer but it only stays accurate at that humidity value and does not accurately read as humidity changes

These things suck. I tried to use the adjustments to calibrate them. Which is strike one because you already need a thermometer/hygrometer to do so. But no matter how many times I try to calibrate them against my nicer one, they drift. If you care only about the thermometer part, it's not so bad, but the humidity reading is basically useless. Get yourself a digital one and spend a little more. Also these are tiny. You know those circular pins you can make for your shirt with a piece of paper with what you want on the pins, clear plastic, the backing, and that punch machine you pull the lever down on and it seals the paper between the plastic and the backing? That's the size these are. You want to read it, you have to get within 2 feet to see the reading. Idk what I expected at this price but seriously just keep looking. Unless you need 5 dozen, you're better off buying something nicer.

I used my nice digital meat thermometer to calibrate these with a screwdriver. They did arrive with 1 off by a lot, and the other two pretty close, but I made better.I left one under a heat lamp for a test of my set up. Well, it was FAR too hot. The temp dial hit the humidity dial and stopped there. I was worried I had broken it. Removed the heat. It went down to show the same temps as the other one. Not broken. yay!Good purchase.I also like that these do not have mercury in them.I can tell they would likely break if I was rough with them, based on sound when they are moved. I had another mechanical thermometer that fell from window to floor and broke then. Being careful.

So this is a three pack of identical thermometers/hygrometer. They're relatively cheap: mostly plastic with a very thin metal case. Has perferations aronud the side to let in ambient air/humidity. On the back there are two holes; use these two holes to calibrate the temperature and humidity level. How to calibrate: if you have another temperature/humidity thermometer in your house that you believe to be true, leave this unit in the same room for an hour to let it settle to room temperature. Then, using a flathead screwdriver, turn the dial in the larger hole to calibrate temperature, turn the dial in the smaller hole to calibrate your hygrometer. Personally, I used my Dyson Fan to tell me the temerature/humidity level in my house to calibrate them. I then stuck one in my car, my bathroom, and my storage room. They're about two inches wide and less than an inch thick. Does not come with any sort of mounting tape/stand, so buy some doublesided tape along with it to stick to stuff. I mainly bought it to tell me the temperature of the interior of my car, which it does quite well.
