It is so easy to assemble. The directions are clear and precise.I do personal training in my home and needed a sturdy bench that was long enough for taller people. Nothing is worse than your head hanging off the top of the bench. The bench itself is very sturdy, no wobbling while in use, easy to adjust, and lightweight enough to move around my livingroom with no trouble. It seems to be a thicker padding than most benches, which makes it more comfortable to lie on.

I am incredibly impressed with this workout bench's performance. The sturdy build quality provides excellent stability even during intense workouts. I bought this exercise bench to increase my exercise and not just eat better. The fact that it takes so little time to put everything together surprises me. I even don't require any assistant. They even came with all the equipment I needed to assemble this fantastic exercise bench. I am really happy with this exercise bench's strength and durability. The bench can be inclined and declined as you see fit. Plus comes with two wheels as well. It made moving around much easier. I've seen a boost in energy and a decrease in fatigue. I am very satisfied with workout bench.

First I have tested out over a dozen benches in the past 18 months. I have gotten a good idea as to what I like and don't like.Yes this bench is pretty heavy duty, For how heavy duty it is, it is really not all that heavy,I really like the adjustment system for the back rest. (with one exception - later) It really is a one hand adjustment for raising it and a one foot and hand for lowering it. This is also how my favorite bench works.But this has one exception, when you put it in a flat position you have to lock in an upright support bar with a pin. Very inconvenient, but I am sure it adds a lot of weight capacity to it. But is is necessary? I for one will never be using the full capacity. (I would have to be benching over 1000 lbs, not happening this week) If you seldom switch between flat and inclined (Maybe using only flat one one day, doing all inclines on another) then this is perfectly fine.Cushion, it is one of the best I've had, not a good as my best one. Just a little extra padding and it would be tops.Someone mentioned the flat support pin would not line up, Mine lines up no problem.As for assembly, one of the easiest ones to assemble I have had (but then again I have assembled over a dozen so far, so I pretty much know what to look for.)

This was one of the best fitness purchases I have ever done, I set it up in my garage gym and from the first workout, I could tell this thing was built to last. As someone who lifts heavy I needed something rock solid and this bench doesn't budge no matter how much weight I throw at it. The long backrest is a lifesaver since I am on the taller side and the padding in my opinion is just right, not too soft and not too firm. Adjusting the angles for incline and decline workouts is super smooth and I love that I can switch up my routine without struggling with clunky lever and what not.

Great bench for our home gymï¼ Easy to put together and very sturdy. We have been using it for a month now, it doesn’t wobble even with heavy weights. The padding is just right to provide support. And most importantly it can be folded up very easily when I need extra space.

I couldn't wait to try this weight bench when it came in. The bench itself is a bit heavy, but it only takes a few simple steps to install successfully, and the size of the bench does not take up a lot of space, which is a very good choice for me, if it is folded, it will take up less space, and it has two pulleys so it can be easily moved. The seat and backrest are leather and very comfortable and stable. Overall, it suits me very well.
