I weigh 180 LBS and this bench is plenty stable for me. Welds all look good, and hardware is heavy duty. Tubing is powder coated and looks better than if it was painted. I was rubbing skin off my lower back doing sit-ups on the floor. That has gone away since using the bench. 3 sets of 10 sit-ups at the higher angles is pretty tough.

Great product, was actually nicer than I expected. Only downside I’ve noticed after a few workouts is the second platform where your feet go is not as sturdy as I’d like (it moves a bit even when locked in place). Besides that, it was easy to put together and can be moved around real easy. Super quick and easy to make adjustments as well.

This decline bench is easy to put together and very sturdy. It is exactly what you would find at a commercial gym. I was worried about assembly since several reviews mentioned a missing item. My box had all parts and tools required for assembly. Assembly took about 40 minutes, but I took my time. Based on the construction quality and actual use of heavy duty steel, I anticipate it will last 10+ years of heavy use. The adjustments on the bottom allow you to adjust the height somewhat, but I would have loved that to have included rubber bumpers on the bottom. Not an issue for its current location (for me) which is carpeted, but you may want to pick up some peel and stick bumpers for the bottom from any local hardware store if you’re worried about scratches.

Sturdier than I expected, and very comfortable. The reverse crunch handle is also convenient for getting on the bench.

I spent my earlier years in professional gyms putting a ton of hours on all kinds of equipment. So You can say I have a perspective on quality that is credible. There are better benches out there than this one. I personally would have paid more for better. I bought this for my teenagers, and it works okay for what they need it for. I personally would not buy it again or recommend to someone I care about.Pros:-This bench was easy to put together.-It has an ascetically pleasing look.-It is made for smaller people.-It has 4 height adjustments., wheels for locational transition, & adjustable extension on the foot catcher.-It works decently.Cons:-It is made for smaller framed people. If you are 6' or taller this machine will be cumbersome to use.-The bench is narrow width wise. You need to make sure you understand the real width of this thing.-The support structure could be better. It is a little sloppy.-The material is not high end grade like you would find in a Gold's gym.-The padding on the bench is thinner than the picture depicts on the ad.-The bottom of the bench at its highest setting is practically on the ground.-The bench is not balanced, the manufacturer knows this, which is why they added makeshift foot adjusters to balance the bench. These to not work that well.

Solid for the price but i would buy a nicer one if i had to do it over, good for abs/core. I reccomend using locktight on the bolts so it stays stiff and doesnt loosen up.

Off balance overpriced junk. You’d be better off spending less than $100 on a cheap one. Thought I was getting something that was close to commercial gym quality. Nope, junk. Hurt myself by falling off because it is so uneven.

Super Preis-Leistung. Sehr stabil. Bin 2m gross und wiege 115 Kg. Passt auch bei der Größe und dem Gewicht. Da wackelt nix.

Perfekt für Situps. Ausführung mit optimaler Belastung der Bauchmuskulatur möglich. Gute Fixierung der Beine am Gerät. Einfache Verstellung der Höhe. Stabile Ausführung. Teile wirken sehr wertig für Heimtrainingsgerät. Lieferung schnell. Anleitung verständlich. Alles vollständig und unbeschädigt. Montage problemlos möglich. Würde ich wieder kaufen. Preis angemessen.
