I recently saw the craze of wearing a weighted vest for losing weight while walking and decided to jump into buying this item. I compared to a couple of other brands, and decided on this brand as I wanted something (a) Easy to use and (b) Enough weight that it would feel like exercisingI'm a huge fan of walking around my neighborhood and while its great to get outside, I always have a desire to have just a bit more intensity and this hits that spot just right.I debated what size to get here and I went with the 25 lb vest as I felt it would be a good amount. I'm not too athletic but have lifted weights for a bit if that helps you in deciding what weight to get. I feel confident this weight will last me a good 5-6 months, if not longer.Fit wise, the vest glides on like a normal vest with an obvious difference of being heavy. Weight distribution is even across my shoulder and back and this is quite comfortable given how much it weighs. When you lift up the vest or open the box it is deceptively heavy because all that weight is focused on your hands / biceps, but once on your shoulders its excellent.I have worn this vest now for a good 10 hours, mostly walking around my neighborhood on flat land, and haven't felt any pains or issues caused by the weight and how it fits around me. I've even worn a Lululemon vest on top of this (I'm a Large in Mens) and it fit snuggly inside with the added warmth.While there are some vests that have removable weights I feel the main purpose of a vest like this is to go for a walk and strap it on and forget about it. If that's your goal, this vest is exactly for you. It is a bit pricey but if it continues to motivate me to walk for another few months I'll gladly accept the feeI may try the 30 LB vest in 6 months if I'm still using it, highly recommend

This is the best weighted vest! It fits perfect and is comfortable. The weight is just enough to feel extra weight on my body but not to much to get my walking completed. I’ve worn it hiking, road walking and treadmill walking. Durability seems very good. I think it will hold up to wear and tear, it has been tossed all around in my car and nothing is falling apart. I do hang it on a chair to hopefully keep it from smelling from the sweat. I have not attempted to wash it in anyway yet. The material looks like a baby wipe or febreeze will fix any sweat issues. Great value for the money.

Good product, fits well and is comfortable to wear. The lowest weight available was too heavy for me. I tend to have slight back issues. No smell issues.

I love this weighted vest. It fits comfortably with even weight distribution, and it has an attachment for your keys or whatever small item you need to bring.Walking 3 miles with a vest is way different than walking 3 miles with no vest

Love The vest ,works great ,i got some cushion for the straps because they dig in a bit but what can you expect with 20pounds. They are not fashion trending like some fancy vests but i am not a fashionable person i am a functional person!

Vest is very comfortable, however I am on the bit bigger chested side and can’t buckle it. I just wear it unbuckled and don’t have issues with it moving.

I use this vest every time I go walking- it gives me a great quick workout by combining some cardio and some resistance training. I don't have a lot of free time, so on days when I can't get to the gym this vest makes me feel like I've still put in a good workout. I have the 12 pound which is a goo weight for me, not too light or heavy. I also love doing leg day with the vest on instead of holding hand weights and I feel like I get a much better burn.
