Good heavy plate that includes the hardware needed to securely mount on the ATV.

The mounting bracket plate is sturdy and fit well. The U bolts that came with the bracket are size M6 and easily stripped when tightened. I ended up getting some 27mm stainless M8 U bolts on Amazon to replace the ones that came with it and these worked great.
