Tie down hooks are not somewhere you want to cheap out on. There is 100s of product listings on amazon in this product ‘field’. Welded down nicely, ran some solid heat through them and they took it like a champ. 5/5 this far.

My race team's newly acquired car hauler needed additional and better located D-rings to properly strap down our racecar. Surface prep matters. Grind a bevel on the attaching strap and burn them in with a capable welder (like my Miller 211) and at least .030 welding wire.

These are well made and the rings are welded on the ends, welds on great and with ease, the material seems high quality and I look to get some more later on. Worth the cost and value is good.

My new 20' 10K trailer came with D rings only at the corners. I needed some interior rings. These were identical to the rings the manufacturer installed. After a bit of paint you can't tell they aren't factory original.

These are heavy duty and well made BUT they are galvanized and difficult to weld. I ground the galvanizing off but still not fun to weld for a diyer.
